Circuit Class with equipment

&/or bodyweight for all abilities

Tuesdays @  Mayfield Park

"THE PROGRESSION 5"

19:00-19:45 APPROX

5km to 7km Running Session

(5km focus)

Wednesdays @ Welfare Park, Newtongrange

"pINkOUTz"

18:30-19:10

Circuit Class with equipment

&/or bodyweight for all abilities

Thursdays @ Memorial Park, Loanhead

"ULTRA PINK OUTDOOR"

18:30-19:00

Outdoor High Intensity Interval Training for all abilities

followed by 

"THE PROGRESSION 10"

19:05-20:30 APPROX

7km to 10km Running Session

(10km focus)

Saturdays @ Dalkeith Community Campus

"THE PROGRESSION 5"

09:00 - 09:45 APPROX

Beginner to 5km Running

(Beginner focus)

followed by 

"pINkOUTz"

10:00-10:40

Outdoor Circuit Class for all abilities

Please note we may do a block of something different like fitness testing, boxing, kettlebells, ETM etc to keep everyone challenged & interested in our circuit sessions!
