Outdoor Circuit Class with/without equipment

Outdoor High Intensity Interval Training using bodyweight for all abilities

Indoor Stretch session with Meditation.

 

Please note we do blocks of fitness testing, boxing, kettlebells, ETM etc to keep everyone challenged & interested, so indoor classes are subject to change!
